According to Glassdoor, the average national salary of a BCBA is $68,770 per year. However, there is great variation based on location. According to the Association of Professional Behavior Analysts (APBA), their 2014 report suggests that the largest number of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA®) earned more than $75,000 a year, and some considerably more ($145,000+).
