Please follow below instructions to reset your password associated with your UCSBnetID.
- Sign in to the Identity Manager and click on the "Professional and Continuing Education" link.
- Type in your Last Name, your Date of Birth and your UCSB PaCE Student Account ID (this begins with a capital letter X). Click "Next".
- Click the "Reset UCSBnetID Password" button. You will be asked to verify your identity by entering the answers to two of the security questions you chose during the creation of your UCSBnetID. After answering your security questions click "Next" and follow directions to reset your password.
Contact UCSB's Identity Services if you don't remember the answers to your security questions. You can reach their student helpdesk by submitting a ticket here or by phone at 805-893-4357.
They are open weekdays between 8 am and 5 pm PST. Responses are generally no later than the end of the next business day, volume permitting.
