What kind of technology do I need for the online courses?

No additional software is needed. All you need is access to a computer and Internet access. The Division of Professional and Continuing Education uses GauchoSpace, UC Santa Barbara’s interactive Moodle® course management system. You log into GauchoSpace to participate in course discussions, access readings, take quizzes, upload assignments, etc. In some cases you can track your grades for your course. Official grades are posted in your student profile on the Division of Professional and Continuing Education website, under “My Course History.” You can also order a transcript from your student profile.
