How to order a Transcript

Your final official transcript will include all courses enrolled in and completed while here at UCSB Professional and Continuing Education (PaCE). This will include any courses for which you received a letter "P" for pass.

If you would like to receive an unofficial transcript, please first check to see that all your grades have been posted in your Student Profile, then please send a request to We will be happy to email it to you. There is no charge for an unofficial transcript.

Below are instructions on how to purchase an official transcript online via your UCSB PaCE Student Portal. When you get to the point where you select a shipping option, please keep in mind that “Standard Processing” is regular postal mail and not trackable. “International Priority” is sent using FedEx, mailed next business day and we also provide a tracking number.

o Go to the PaCE Student Portal 
o On the left side of the screen, enter your User Name and Password and click “Log In”
o On the left side, click on "Enrollment History". You will see "My Completed Courses". Check to see that all your grades have been posted before you place your order.
o Scroll down and click on “Special Requests”
o You will see three different Transcript selections to choose from: 1) USA Standard Delivery (no tracking information available) 2) USA FedEx Priority (tracking information available) 3) International FedEx Priority (tracking information available). Select the one that best suits your needs. Complete the online Transcript order form. Please indicate the name and address of the recipient or the organization where you wish to have the transcript mailed to.

Caution: Do not create duplicate student profiles. Use only one email address as using a 2nd email address creates a duplicate profile.

** “Transcript processing times” do not include the time it takes to mail the transcript to you. All transcripts which are not sent through FedEx are processed through UCSB campus mail services before they enter either U.S. domestic mail or U.S. air mail – which may account for an added delay in the delivery.

** The address that prints on your receipt is the mailing address listed as default in your student profile. It is not necessarily the mailing address you requested for transcript to be mailed to.
