Sexual Harassment

Federal and state laws, as well as University of California Systemwide and Santa Barbara campus policies, prohibit sexual harassment in an educational setting. Grievance procedures designed specifically for this form of discrimination apply to students in regular UCSB courses, in Open University courses, and in professional and continuing education courses.
