How Do I Get an Enrollment Verification?

Students automatically receive an official enrollment verification by e-mail after they have paid their fees. This verification serves as a receipt of tuition fees paid. You may verify your enrollment status by logging in to your Student Portal or by calling (805) 893-4200. Refunds are not granted solely because verification was not received through e-mail.

An official verification of enrollment may be obtained online for a fee. To order a UCSB Extension verification of enrollment, go to the Special Requests Page or click on "special requests" once you are logged into your Student Portal.
