Enrollment in courses is limited and space is not guaranteed. You must meet all prerequisites listed on the course in order to enroll. If you are unable to enroll in your first-choice courses, you must be prepared with a list of back-up course choices. The process for enrolling in courses is specific to the type of courses you wish to enroll in.
At the beginning of each quarter before instruction begins, UCSB International Programs conducts academic advising sessions. During your session, you will be advised about the probability of available spaces in UCSB Regular Session courses.
Note: Students enrolled in degree programs at UCSB have priority enrollment in all UCSB regular session courses.
Will I be able to enroll in the courses I want to take?
