If you would like to transfer from one course to another, you must submit a request in writing by using our help request form. Because a transfer is considered a drop/add, you must submit the request before the published refund deadline of the course you are currently enrolled in. Your request must include the following:
- Your name
- Your student ID number (found on the homepage of your My Extension account)
- The section ID number and title of the course you would like to drop
- The section ID number and title of the course you would like to add
- The best phone number and e-mail address to reach you
If the transfer results in a balance due, we will contact you for payment before processing your request. Any difference in course fees is assessed and due at the time of the transfer.
